About Me
About Me
From Eastern Uganda to Leading Global Projects
I grew up in Kapchorwa, the second of seven, where I learned early that good planning feeds a family and poor planning leaves the table empty. That lesson took me from studying education at university to running multi-dollar projects across East Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
Today I hold both PMP and PMI-ACP certifications because I refuse to choose between discipline and speed – great teams need both. Whether I’m coaching a development team in Karamoja or turning around a struggling social enterprise project.
my promise is the same: deliver value early, delight stakeholders, and keep everyone sane.
When I’m not in the boardroom, you’ll find me mentoring young project managers or hiking a Mountain like Elgon.
